This eLearning experience was created to demonstrate the process of developing a product that caters to the requirements of patients who are searching for new healthcare providers. 

I created this activity using Articulate Storyline to showcase the potential appearance of the final product to stakeholders. This allows them to engage with the product and gain insight into how consumers will use it. 

This eLearning course is designed to provide call center employees with a comprehensive understanding of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and its significance for the organization. The training course equips call center associates with the necessary skills to confidently administer the NPS survey to their customers.
